We're excited to be offering aromatherapy hot/cold weighted packs! And again, we were able to find a handmade item made in Tennessee.
It measures 9 x 4' and is sewn of soft 100% cotton fabric. It weighs between 8-9 oz depending on the filling.
These Soothing packs are filled with Lavender flowers, Peppermint Leaves, Rice, and Flaxseed.
For Heat Therapy - You can heat these hot/cold aromatherapy packs in the microwave for 30 seconds to heat them up, then repeat for 15-second increments until you have reached the desired warmth.
For Cold Therapy - place the pack in a Ziploc bag in the freezer for at least one hour to have a cold pack or keep one to store in the freezer to use as needed!
